Shipping Policy

Please check with your sales representative on the production time of your custom items. Please note that items will ship out via FedEx ground unless negotiated prior to the start of production.

1. Custom Uniforms – All Sales Final

 

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom-made items, including uniforms, apparel, and accessories featuring team names, logos, custom designs, or chosen colors. All sales are final and non-negotiable.

 

 

2. Sizing Responsibility

 

 

Customers are fully responsible for selecting correct sizes. Please review our size chart or request a sizing kit before placing your order. We are not liable for sizing errors submitted by the customer.

 

 

3. Order Accuracy & Approval

 

 

Please review all order details—including design, colors, names, logos, and quantities—before submitting payment.

Your order confirmation serves as a binding agreement. Production will begin based strictly on the final approved details.

 

 

4. Fabric & Color Variations

 

 

Material types and color tones may vary between manufacturers. We strongly recommend requesting fabric or color samples to ensure accuracy.

We are not responsible for color mismatch resulting from:

 

  • Customer-selected colors without a sample request

  • Attempts to match existing uniforms or accessories
    We cannot guarantee identical color matches to items not produced by our company.

 

 

 

5. Production Timeline

 

 

Production time is approximately 8–10 weeks from the date the invoice is paid in full.

Once completed, orders ship via FedEx Ground or USPS. Shipping times may vary.

 

 

6. Hand-Sewn Craftsmanship

 

 

All custom uniforms are hand sewn. Please allow a size variance of ±1 inch from the listed measurements.

 

 

7. Agreement

 

 

By paying your invoice, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
